PineCrest Country Club in Lansdale, Pennsylvania is looking for an experienced General Manager with a strong focus on Sales. We are a premier wedding/event venue located in the Bucks/Montgomery County
Requirements:
Must be highly organized and sales driven with a minimum of 5 years experience in the food and beverage industry.
Supervise, recruit, train all banquet and kitchen staff
Maintain and create annual budget and costs, by maintaining pricing and keeping up with fluctuating costs
Maintain all building issues to keep facility running efficiently
Create effective marketing and advertising campaigns
Must have good communication skills, positive attitude, energetic and capable of being a role model for peers
Demonstrate integrity on a personal as well as professional level.
Ability to interact with a wide range of people and maintain excellent customer relations
Must be available on weekends and on call purposes for emergency situations
