Under general supervision, this position performs a variety of member services functions as described in essential tasks and provides members of York Electric Cooperative, Inc. and its affiliates with exceptional member service by responding to requests and grievances promptly, courteously and concisely. This position also provides appropriate support to all departments and other activities requiring routine contact with member and staff. In addition, it supports business development, promotes cooperative programs and services, and reflects the department's commitment to exceptional member service and community involvement. The person filling this position will be required to report to our Fort Mill office several days per week.
Training and experience for this job includes a high school diploma plus specialized courses in cashiering, accounting, and/or public relations. One to three years of experience in accounting, cashiering, or customer/member service is desired, or any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the required skills, knowledge, and abilities.
