Position Overview: This is a flexible, part-time role designed specifically for students. You’ll assist with communication, organization, and light administrative work while gaining real-world business experience.
Responsibilities:
Answer and manage incoming calls from our work phone
Monitor and respond to emails in a timely, professional manner
Assist with basic administrative tasks in company apps (scheduling, updates, data entry)
Keep internal systems organized and up to date
Communicate updates to team members as needed
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
Highly reliable and responsive
Organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable using apps/technology (we will train)
Able to think independently and solve simple problems
Schedule & Pay:
$16–$20/hour depending on experience
10–20 hours per week
Flexible schedule around classes
Some daytime availability preferred
