We are seeking a skilled and motivated Golf Course Equipment Manager with strong experience in maintaining and repairing Toro turf equipment. This role is critical to ensuring our golf course maintenance team operates efficiently with reliable, high-performing machinery.
Maintain, diagnose, and repair all golf course maintenance equipment, with emphasis on Toro mowers and utility vehicles
Perform routine preventative maintenance to minimize equipment downtime
Manage parts inventory
Keep detailed service and repair records
Ensure all equipment meets safety and operational standards
Train staff on proper equipment operation and care
Work closely with the Golf Course Superintendent to prioritize maintenance needs
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment
3+ years of experience in golf course equipment maintenance or a related field
Strong knowledge of Toro turf equipment systems, including hydraulics, electrical, and reel maintenance
Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues
Experience with maintenance tracking systems is a plus
