Oyster Reef Golf Club is seeking a motivated, career-driven Assistant Superintendent to join our agronomy team on Hilton Head Island. The Assistant Superintendent plays a key role in daily course operations, helping to deliver exceptional playing conditions while supporting team leadership, planning, and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and execution of all turfgrass maintenance activities
• Supervise and train crew members; lead daily assignments and follow-up
• Support chemical and fertilizer applications in compliance with all regulations
• Monitor course conditions and assist in developing agronomic programs
• Assist with irrigation system management, troubleshooting, and repairs
• Maintain accurate records of applications, labor, and equipment usage
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and company protocols
• Participate in course setup and tournament preparation
