I’m an Endodontist practicing in the St. Louis metropolitan area, and I’m looking for the right colleague to step into a lead role at a well-established, high-volume practice.

This is not a rebuild or a growth experiment. The referral base is large and consistent, the schedule is full, and the systems are already in place. My goal is to transition this practice to an Endodontist who wants full clinical autonomy and is interested in long-term ownership or partnership. From day one, you’ll be able to focus on patient care without the pressure of building volume or relationships from scratch.

The practice is equipped with four operatories, microscopes, and CBCT, and the workflow is efficient and well supported. The clinical philosophy has been conservative and patient-centered, but there’s flexibility for you to practice in the way that best reflects your training and experience. This is a setting where your judgment is trusted and your leadership is welcomed.

Operationally, the practice is partner-supported, meaning administrative and day-to-day operational needs are handled so you can stay focused on clinical work. At the same time, you’ll have real input and authority. This role is designed for someone who wants to lead, not just show up and treat cases.

I’m open to candidates relocating from anywhere in the U.S. or Canada, provided Missouri licensure (or eligibility) is in place. The right fit matters more than geography.

I’m looking for an Endodontist who is board-certified or board-eligible, comfortable managing a busy schedule, and genuinely interested in taking ownership of a respected practice with a strong reputation. Someone who values relationships, with patients, referring doctors, and staff, and who wants to carry the practice forward thoughtfully.
