The Opportunity

We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible endodontist to join our practice 2–3 days per week beginning October 2026, with a clear path toward full-time for the right candidate. This is an ideal position for an endodontist who values clinical excellence, wants to practice without the pressures of a corporate environment, and is looking to plant roots in a market with exceptional long-term growth potential.

The Practice

Our 3,500 sq ft facility is a standalone, endodontic-only office purpose-built for specialty care. We operate 6 fully equipped operatories with ample parking and a layout designed for efficient, comfortable patient flow. The associate will have their own private office and dedicated workstation for charting, notes, and referring dentist correspondence.

Ideal Candidate

• DDS/DMD with endodontic specialty training (certificate or MS)
• Board-certified or board-eligible
• Texas dental license (or eligibility to obtain)
